This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lavrentech AI (represented by Ilya Lavrentyev).

These Terms govern your access to and use of lavrentech.com (the "Website") and all related services, including but not limited to AI-powered automation, software integrations, custom workflows, chatbots, and consulting (collectively, the "Services").

Important: By using our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately once posted. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Access and Account Security

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Website or Services at any time. We are not responsible for any downtime, delays, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms we integrate with (e.g., Make, n8n, Supabase, OpenAI, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.).

Security Requirements: If you are provided with account credentials or API keys as part of a project, you are responsible for safeguarding them. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, code, workflows, and solutions delivered through our Services remain the intellectual property of Lavrentech AI unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered solutions within their business operations.

Logos, trademarks, and names associated with Lavrentech AI may not be used without prior written permission.

5. Client Data

Some Services require access to your business data (e.g., customer information, CRM data, chat logs). By using our Services, you grant us a limited right to process this data solely for the purpose of implementing and supporting automation workflows.

You retain full ownership of your data. We do not resell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services:

  • For illegal or unethical activities
  • To develop or deploy malicious software, spam, or abusive automation
  • In a way that violates third-party service terms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, or API providers)
  • To impersonate Lavrentech AI or misrepresent our partnership

7. AI-Specific Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES MAY INVOLVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE 100% ACCURATE OR ERROR-FREE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI RESPONSES MAY CONTAIN BIASES, INCONSISTENCIES, OR LIMITATIONS, AND YOU USE SUCH OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

LAVRENTECH AI IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM FAILURES, API CHANGES, DATA LOSS, OR INCORRECT AI OUTPUTS. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lavrentech AI, its team, and partners against claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mauritius, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the full understanding between you and Lavrentech AI. No verbal agreements or prior discussions override this Agreement.
