Custom software / EU

Custom CRM and
operations tools.

For work still done by hand. I turn spreadsheets, inboxes and chat into one system for customers, requests, approvals and history — and hand it over in full.

Work Archive

A private archive for an English teacher's seven Telegram groups. It imports lesson history, transcribes voice and video notes, and creates a topic and short summary for each lesson day.

The teacher searches one interface instead of rereading chats. Original messages, links and lesson materials stay attached to the result.

Services / Scope

Three ways I can build around your process

01

Automation

One workflow, deployed with error alerts and a written handover.

From €9001–3 weeks
03

Product build

Billing, multi-tenancy, custom domains or other product infrastructure.

From €9,0002–4 months

Every project includes 12 months of support and a full handover: repository, documentation and credentials.

How I work

Clear ownership from day one

One engineer

You work directly with me. I design, build and deploy the system.

A working build early

You see working software in week two, while changes are still cheap.

Your infrastructure

Hosting, billing and production credentials stay in your accounts. EU hosting is the default.

Full handover

You receive the repository, documentation and credentials. Another developer can continue without starting over.

12 months of support

Bug fixes, small changes and technical questions are included.

Fit

Good fit

  • A team of 5–100 people repeats the same operational work
  • The process is split between spreadsheets, inboxes and chat
  • Off-the-shelf software does not fit the process
  • You want the code and infrastructure in your accounts

Not a fit

  • You only need one simple Zapier connection
  • The project requires a large delivery team
  • The lowest bid is the main requirement
  • You want a managed platform with no infrastructure responsibility

About Me

I'm Elias Lavrentyev, a software engineer with 7+ years of experience. I build every project myself, from database to deployment. I'm based in Bulgaria and work with clients in the EU and beyond.

I also run an online English school and use the software I write there. You work directly with me and receive the code, documentation and credentials.

FAQ

FAQ

How long does it take?

An automation takes 1–3 weeks. An automation with an interface takes 4–8 weeks. A full product takes 2–4 months. You see something working in week two, not at the end.

What happens if you're unavailable?

You have the repository, documentation and credentials from day one. Another developer can continue the work without starting over.

Do I need technical knowledge to run it?

No. You get a written handover and short video walkthroughs. I also document the parts your team may need to change.

Where does my data live?

On your own infrastructure, or on a server registered in your name. EU by default — Frankfurt or Helsinki.

Why self-hosted instead of a managed platform?

Self-hosting gives you control over cost, data and access. If a managed service is the better fit, I will use it instead.

What do you guarantee?

12 months of support: bug fixes, small changes, and questions answered the same business day. If what I built doesn't do what I agreed to build, I fix it at no charge.
