The problem
When the process is split, work gets missed
The same request is entered twice
A customer writes an email, someone copies it into a spreadsheet, and another person checks chat for the context. The record starts to drift before anyone acts on it.
Nobody can see the next action
Ownership and status live in comments, inboxes or one person's memory. A delay is only visible when a customer asks what happened.
If the team already works in a CRM, I connect the workflow there. When a request needs its own review and approval flow, I build a small workspace for that step.

A white-label learning platform for language schools: one codebase, but every school runs on its own domain with its own students and data. Video lessons, two learning tracks, and a teacher role that can read what it needs and nothing more.
I built every layer of it: database schema, row-level security, authentication, the frontend, and the infrastructure it runs on.

Work Archive
A private archive for an English teacher's seven Telegram groups. It imports lesson history, transcribes voice and video notes, and creates a topic and short summary for each lesson day.
The teacher searches one interface instead of rereading chats. Original messages, links and lesson materials stay attached to the result.

Telegram Mini App
A language-practice app that runs inside Telegram. Learners talk to an AI tutor by voice, run roleplay scenarios and get their mistakes corrected. Levels, streaks and achievements track the practice.
There is no install and no password. Telegram is the account, and the app opens from a chat the user already has.

The audit is credited toward the build. You work directly with me, and hosting, billing and production credentials stay in your accounts. Every build includes three months of warranty and a full handover: repository, documentation and credentials. Monitoring, fixes and small changes after that run on a monthly plan from €150 — optional, and nothing in the handover depends on it.

About Me
I'm Elias Lavrentyev, a software engineer with 7+ years of experience. I design and build custom internal tools, automation and customer platforms for small teams. Clients work directly with me throughout the project, from mapping the process and data model to deployment, documentation and handover.
I also run an online English school and use the software I build there. It means I see operational problems from the owner's side too: teacher workload, missed follow-ups, access to data and the small exceptions that make a process hard to automate.

What happens in the audit?
The audit takes three to five days. I map the current process with the people who run it, then give you a written plan, fixed scope and fixed price. The €250 fee is credited toward the build.
How long does it take?
The audit takes three to five days. A working prototype follows within five working days of it. From there, an automation with an interface takes 4–8 weeks, and a full product two to four months.
What do I own?
You have the repository, documentation and credentials from day one. Another developer can continue the work without starting over.
Where does my data live?
On your own infrastructure, or on a server registered in your name. EU by default — Frankfurt or Helsinki.
What happens after launch?
Three months of warranty: if what I built doesn't do what I agreed to build, I fix it at no charge, and questions are answered the same business day. After that, monitoring, fixes and small changes run on a monthly plan from €150. The repository, documentation and credentials are yours either way.
