Is a Mini App different from a Telegram bot?
Yes. A bot is a conversation. A Mini App is a user interface inside Telegram, with screens, forms and lists built in React. The bot can handle notifications while the Mini App handles work that needs a screen.
Does it work outside Telegram?
The same React application can also be deployed as a regular web app. That can be useful if some customers do not use Telegram.
How do users log in?
They don't. Telegram passes a signed identity to the app, which is verified server-side. No registration form, no password reset flow.
Is Telegram the right channel for my market?
I would check where your customers already contact you and whether the proposed flow works well inside Telegram. If they use another channel, I would assess that channel before recommending a Mini App.
