The school platform demonstrates how I separate records and permissions across teams. An internal CRM would use those decisions for its own records and roles; the exact fields and workflow would come from the process audit.

An internal tool costs €2,500–6,000
Every project starts with a fixed-price process audit: €250, three to five days, credited toward the build. Most internal tools then cost €2,500–6,000 and take 4–8 weeks. A product with multi-tenancy, billing and an admin panel starts at €9,000.

Why not Airtable, Notion or Retool?
For many teams those are the right answer, and I'll tell you so. They stop making sense when per-seat pricing outgrows the value, when you need permissions they can't express, or when the tool becomes something you'd rather own than rent.
Can it connect to the systems I already use?
That's usually most of the work — accounting, CRM, email, payments, whatever you're already paying for. The automation layer handles the connections.
What if I need changes later?
Three months of warranty is included: if the tool does not do what I agreed to build, I fix it at no charge. After that, I offer an optional monthly plan from €150 for monitoring, fixes and small changes. You have the code and documentation whether you take the plan or not.
How long before I see something?
A working prototype within five working days of the audit. It is incomplete on purpose — it exists so you can click through the real flow while changing it is still cheap.
