Home / Internal tools
I build custom CRM systems, dashboards and admin panels with roles, history and a proper database. Most builds cost €2,500–6,000.
Use cases
Several people edit the same operational data, but roles, validation and change history are missing.
Staff copy information between a spreadsheet, inbox and chat. A custom tool puts the record and the next action in one place.
Delivery
The data lives in a database and the dashboard shows the current state.
Access rules are enforced at the database level.
The routine steps run on their own — reminders, imports, reports, syncing with the tools you already pay for.

Example
A platform where each tenant sees only its own data, enforced by row-level security on every table rather than by application logic that can be bypassed. Built end to end — schema, authentication, frontend and infrastructure.

Pricing
Most internal tools cost €2,500–6,000 and take 4–8 weeks. A product with multi-tenancy, billing and an admin panel starts at €9,000.
FAQ
For many teams those are the right answer, and I'll tell you so. They stop making sense when per-seat pricing outgrows the value, when you need permissions they can't express, or when the tool becomes something you'd rather own than rent.
That's usually most of the work — accounting, CRM, email, payments, whatever you're already paying for. The automation layer handles the connections.
Twelve months of support is included: bug fixes, small changes, questions answered the same business day. After that, you have the code and the documentation, and you're free to hire anyone.
