The process audit costs €250, takes three to five days and is credited toward the build. A focused platform with lessons, students, progress and one teacher role starts at €2,500. A multi-tenant product with billing and custom domains starts at €9,000.

Should I build or just use an existing platform?
I would compare your current subscription and workarounds with the cost of building, migrating and maintaining a custom platform. If the existing tool fits the teaching process, keep it. Build when a specific limitation is costly enough to justify that work.
Do you run a language school yourself?
Yes. I deal with scheduling, teacher workload, retention and students who go quiet for three weeks in my own business.
Where do lessons and student data live?
The application and database run in the EU by default, in Frankfurt, on infrastructure registered to you. I would also map any video, email or AI providers used by the school, since their data handling is separate from the main database.
Can I start with lessons and add more later?
Yes. Get teaching working first, then add payments, automated practice or a second track once you know what the teachers need.
